[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Township
of Mendham as Ch. BH:III of the 1998 Revised General Ordinances. Amendments

The "Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1952)" as promulgated
by the New Jersey State Department of Health, as the same may be from
time to time amended, is hereby adopted by reference as provided by
law. Printed copies of such code shall be kept on file in the offices
of the Township Clerk and Secretary of the Board of Health and shall
be available to all persons desiring to examine the same.
The penalty for violation of any provision of the Public Health Nuisance Code or for failure to comply with any order issued by the Board of Health or any of its agents or representatives shall be that provided in § 350-18, General penalty for violations.
