§ 28-1 Fire departments; rescue squad.

There are 10 1/2 Volunteer Fire Departments (whose members are not a part of the County governmental system in any fashion) located in the County; in addition, there is the Henderson City-County Rescue Squad. There are listed as follows:

(6)

B. 
Henderson City-County Rescue Squad.

§ 28-2 Fire Chiefs Association.

The Volunteer Fire Chiefs Association, composed of the Fire Chiefs of the volunteer fire departments listed above, meets once each month. This association is separate from the County.

§ 28-3 Rates and charges.

Rates and charges for services provided in accordance with the current emergency ambulance services agreement shall be established by the City and County of Henderson and kept on file in the Fiscal Court Clerk's office.

§ 28-4 Other ambulance service.

Other ambulance services shall be negotiated between the City of Henderson, the Henderson County Fiscal Court and the person, firm or corporation desiring ambulance service.
