- Lots with individual well and septic tank must comply with Kentucky Green River Health Department regulations.
- Manufactured homes/mobile homes with community water and individual septic tanks must comply with minimum lot size on community water and sewer; mobile home with community water and individual septic tanks must comply with the minimum lot size per single-family development for placement on lots.
