A. 
Any person convicted of violating any provision of § 208-8 or 208-9 of this Part 2 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount no more than $500 or incarcerated in the County jail for a period of not more than 12 months, or both. Each day that a violation remains after notice shall constitute a separate offense for which the maximum fine may be imposed. Abatement of any violation by the County as provided for in § 208-8 or 208-9 shall not preclude prosecution under this provision.
B. 
Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 208-13 through 208-19 of this Part 2 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not less than $1,000 nor more than $2,000 for each offense. Each day of the violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
