[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Markesan
as Ch. 9, Sec. 9.11, of the 1991 Municipal Code. Amendments noted
where applicable.]
No person shall deposit any mud, glass, refuse or waste, filth
or other litter upon the streets, highways, alleys, parks or other
property of the City or upon any private property or into or upon
any body of water or stream within the City.
Any person found guilty of violating this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture, as provided in § 1-3 of the Code of the City of Markesan, plus the cost of cleanup. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
