Any person requesting copies of any documents constituting a
public record under Pennsylvania law from the Borough of Hamburg shall
be required to execute an agreement to reimburse the Borough at a
rate in an amount as established from time to time by resolution of
Borough Council for all time spent by Borough employees researching
and/or obtaining the requested documents.

Any person requesting copies of documents from the Borough shall
be further obligated to pay a fee in an amount as established from
time to time by resolution of Borough Council in addition to the hourly
rate hereinabove set forth.

The Borough may require a deposit based on the estimated length
of time to locate the requested documents prior to doing any work
for the individual making the request.
