A.
The
City Treasurer of the City of Greendale, St. Louis County, Missouri,
is authorized and directed to establish a Petty Cash Fund for the
use of the City Clerk of the City of Greendale for official City business
and use.
B.
The
Petty Cash Fund shall not exceed the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00)
at any one time and shall be paid upon written request of the City
Clerk and the City Clerk shall keep and render an accounting to the
City Treasurer of his/her expenditures out of such fund on each occasion
when a request for additional funds is made.
