A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Borough Manager of the Borough of Hamburg, marked and designated as the "International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings," including appendix, chapters, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., as amended from time to time in the future, is hereby adopted as the Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings of the Borough of Hamburg, Berks County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses not more than three stories in height in the Borough of Hamburg and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said residential code, as amended from time to time in the future, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Part, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 5-502 of this Part.

A. 
Section R101.1 Borough of Hamburg.
B. 
Section R115 shall be amended by adding the following subsection:
(a) 
Violation of Ordinance.
(1) 
Any individual, firm or corporation that violates any provision of this ordinance commits a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs.
(2) 
Each day that a violation of this ordinance continues shall be considered a separate violation.
