B. 
The Service Charge and Unit Charge on Table B reflects a fifty percent (50%) surcharge for outside the City limits, except those covered under contract.
C. 
For all installations of a water service where a larger than two (2) inch meter is required, a 60-day advance notice to the City must be given.

A. 
Under E.D.A. Project 05-1-00186, the proposed users on the water line extension to I-70 agreed, in writing, to guarantee the maximum payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month for each meter authorized, and to post a sum equal to six (6) months usage charge, in advance, to comply with the requirements of the grant obtained on said project.
B. 
The City agreed to deposit said funds in a separate account and to invest same, if possible, and to pay interest thereon when invested.
C. 
There is hereby levied on each guarantor of each meter or part of meter, a sum equal to six (6) monthly payments as contained in the written guaranty, from each guarantor, in units of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per meter, and the City Clerk hereby is authorized to collect said sum and to deposit same in a separate account as a guaranty for the bonds authorized and issued in accordance with said project, and the City Clerk is authorized to distribute any interest earned thereon every two (2) years, on the amount so deposited.

Effective August 20, 2019, the rate to be charged for bulk water purchasers shall be as follows:
For every three and three-tenths (3.3) cubic feet (25 gallons) the charge will be twenty-five cents ($0.25).

Water Districts shall have the option of selecting either the regular or wholesale rates.

No air-conditioning apparatus using water in the cooling of such equipment shall be installed or operated unless such equipment is equipped with a cooling tower or a continuous circulating cooling system. All persons operating any air-conditioning apparatus not so equipped and running the cooling water to waste, may be refused water service in the first (1st) instance, or may be shut off from the City water lines at any time.

A. 
The Water Supervisor of the City of Higginsville is hereby authorized and directed to provide the means and to proceed with the introduction of the fluoride ion into the public water supply in such quantities as are required to provide throughout the pipe distribution system a fluoride concentration of approximately one (1) part fluoride per million parts of water.
B. 
The Water Supervisor of the City of Higginsville shall keep an accurate record of the amount of fluoride-bearing chemical applied to the quantities of water treated and cause such analytical tests to be made for fluoride (in terms of the element "F") in the untreated and treated water as it shall be directed to do by the Missouri Division of Health.
