Any person, adult, or minor who climbs upon, holds to, or in any manner attach himself/herself to any locomotive, engine or car, while the same shall be in motion or running through the City of Appleton City, he/she shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation. Provided that the Section shall not apply to any employee of the railroad company, nor to any passenger, nor to any other person who may be acting by permission or under the rules of the railway company then operating the road.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or play any game of ball, marbles, tennis, or croquet, or similar game or games in or upon the streets, alleys, lanes, or other public places within the City so as to endanger the safety of others, and every person so offending shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.

Any person camping within the City limits upon any street, alley, right-of-way, or any public property, or upon any private property without the consent of the owner or without a permit from the City shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.

Whoever shall in this City dig, or cause to be dug, any excavation in or adjoining any highway, thoroughfare or other public place, and shall not during the nighttime cause the same to be covered with boards, rails, or other barrier and shall not place at each end thereof one (1) or more lights shall, upon conviction, be adjudged guilty of an ordinance violation.

Any person who shall damage any street, concrete, stone, or other crossing shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.

Any person killing squirrels which may be found in any public park or place within the City limits shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.

Any person cutting trees or limbs of trees in such a manner as to injure sidewalks or electric light wires shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
