The Official Seal of the City shall be a metallic disc one (1)
inch in diameter, with the words "Seal of the City of Shrewsbury,
Missouri" engraved in the border and a picture of a tree in the foreground,
four (4) flying birds, two (2) trees in silhouette in the background
and pasture land with a small hill.
