Section 500.110 Adoption of The International Fuel Gas Code.

A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Shrewsbury, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Shrewsbury in the State of Missouri for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Fuel Gas Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 500.120 of this Article.

Section 500.120 Amendments, Deletions and Insertions.

A. The "International Fuel Gas Code" as adopted in Section 500.110 is hereby revised as follows:

1. IFGC Section 101.1. Insert: City of Shrewsbury.

2. IFGC Section 106.5.2. Insert: City Code Section 500.020(8).

3. IFGC Section 106.5.3. Delete.

4. IFGC. Section 108.4. Insert: (Misdemeanor, $500.00, 90 days).

5. IFGC Section 108.5. Insert: ($100.00, $500.00).
