When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall
park a vehicle for longer than the time limit designated herein, on
any day except Sundays and public holidays:

On the west side from Devonshire Avenue, to Murdoch Avenue,
between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., parking shall be limited
to a time no longer then one-half (½) hour.
