The following areas within the City shall be designated as a Fire Lane and parking shall be prohibited thereon pursuant to the provisions of Section 355.100 of this Title:
Location
Beginning at a point in the southwestern line of the entrance drive to Mary Queen and Mother Nursing Home approximately one hundred (100) feet northwest of the northwestern right-of-way line of Watson Road; thence southwestwardly parallel to Watson Road approximately four hundred (400) feet; thence westwardly approximately three hundred forty (340) feet; thence northwestwardly approximately three hundred ten (310) feet; thence northwestwardly approximately three hundred ten (310) feet; and thence northwestwardly approximately one hundred thirty (130) feet to the southwestern line of the parking lot.
On Diehnwell Drive at any place within ten (10) feet of the turnaround island in the 800 block of Diehnwell Drive.
On the east side of Chatwell Drive from 7810 Chatwell Drive to the south side of Charing Square Lane. Parking is hereby prohibited on the west side of Chatwell Drive from 7810 Chatwell Drive to the south side of Charing Square Lane.
On the south side of Charing Square Lane from its intersection with Chatwell Drive to 875 Charing Square Lane. Parking is hereby prohibited on the north and east side of Charing Square Lane around the curve from 7821 Charing Square Lane to its intersection with Keswick Place. Parking is hereby prohibited on the west side of Charing Square Lane from its intersection with Keswick Place at 7726 Keswick Place to 7703 Charing Square Lane.
On the east side of Ravensridge Road from the northeast corner of the entrance way and Lords Hill to 7609 Ravensridge Road. On the south side of Ravensridge Road from the east curbline of Keswick Place to the west curbline of Bellstone Road.
On Bellstone Road at any place other than designated parking places on both the north and south sides of Bellstone Road between 7736 Bellstone Road and 7730 Bellstone Road, and between 7735 Bellstone Road and 7737 Bellstone Road.
Beginning at a point in the southwestern line of the entrance drive to Mary Queen and Mother Nursing Home approximately one hundred (100) feet northwest of the northwestern right-of-way line of Watson Road; thence southwestwardly parallel to Watson Road approximately four hundred (400) feet; thence westwardly approximately three hundred ten (310) feet; and thence northwestwardly approximately one hundred thirty (130) feet to the southwestern line of the parking lot.
A twenty-foot strip of land, the northwestern line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northwestern line of the asphalt driveway southeast of the building known and numbered as 7638 Watson Road, said point being approximately thirty-five (35) feet southwestwardly of the prolongation southwestwardly of the northeastern line of said building 7638; thence northeastwardly along said asphalt driveway, approximately one hundred eighty (180) feet to a point, said point being approximately five (5) feet northeastwardly of the prolongation southwestwardly of the northeastern line of the building known and numbered as 7626 Watson Road.
A twenty-foot strip of land, the southeastern line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the southeastern line of the asphalt drive northwest of the building known and numbered as 7594 Watson Road, said point being on the prolongation northwestwardly of the southwestern line of said building 7594; thence northeastwardly along the southeastern line of said asphalt paving, approximately two hundred (200) feet to the point of intersection with the prolongation northwestwardly of the northeastern line of said building 7594 Watson Road.
A strip of paved area along the western side of the building known and numbered as 7144 and 7148 Murdoch Avenue, being sixteen (16) feet in width and extending from the northern side to the southern side of said building and the eastern line of said strip being the eastern line of the now existing paving.
On the north side of 7677 Watson Road (St. Joseph Apartments) beginning at the main entrance and continuing for a distance westward approximately one hundred twelve (112) feet, and so marked and posted.
A driveway located adjacent to the south of 4406 St. Vincent Avenue, approximately fifteen (15) feet wide by one hundred (100) feet in length from the east line of St. Vincent Avenue to the rear of the structure located at 4406 St. Vincent Avenue and so marked and posted.
A twenty-foot wide area along the east side of the street known as Kenrick Parke Drive North from the intersection of Kenrick Manor Drive, sixty-one (61) feet north to the parking lot entrance; and continuing from the parking lot entrance north one hundred ninety-two (192) feet to the intersection of Oakhom Drive; and starting at the north intersection of Oakhom Drive continuing north along Kenrick Parke Drive North five hundred thirty (530) feet to the intersection with Oakhom Drive.
A twenty-foot wide area along the west side of the street known as Kenrick Parke Drive North from the intersection of Kenrick Manor Drive one hundred forty (140) feet north to the parking lot entrance; and continuing north two hundred eighty-five (285) feet following the edge to the end of the pavement on the south parking alley of 5353 Kenrick Parke Drive North; and nineteen and seven tenths (19.7) feet along the northwest corner area of the parking lot of 5375 Kenrick Parke Drive North; and continuing along the west side of Kenrick Parke Drive North one hundred eighty-three (183) feet to the intersection with Thetford Court; then from the northwest end of Thetford Court along the north side of the street two hundred thirty (230) feet east, then north to the entrance of the parking alley of the Thetford Court; then along the north side of the parking alley of Thetford Court east five hundred one (501) feet to the west side of Kenrick Parke Drive North to the south side of Oakhom Drive to the east entrance of the parking alley of Oakhom Court; and one hundred eighty (180) feet along the south side of Oakhom Drive from the west side of the entrance of the parking alley to the southeast corner of the intersection with Somerworth Lane.
A twenty-foot wide area along the west side of Kenrick Parke Drive South one hundred fourteen and one tenth (114.1) feet south from the entrance at Kenrick Manor Drive and thirty-seven and three tenths (37.3) feet west to the driveway entrance, and the north side of Kenrick Parke Drive South forty-nine and three tenths (49.3) feet west of the driveway to the parking alley; from the southwest corner of the above parking driveway one hundred eleven and six tenths (111.6) feet east, then continuing ninety-six and six tenths (96.6) feet south along the west side of Kenrick Parke Drive South, and then fifty-nine and eleven tenths (59.11) feet west to the driveway entrance, and continuing west from the driveway thirty-five (35) feet to the corner; along the west side of the parking alley from the north end two hundred eighty-five and one tenth (285.1) feet south to where the lane turns east. Then along the south side of the alley seventy-five and five tenths (75.5) feet across from the dividing island until the intersection with Kenrick Parke Drive South; along the west side of Kenrick Parke Drive South from the west radius across from the entrance to Vicar Court, south ninety-nine and seven tenths (99.7) feet past two dividing islands.
A twenty-foot wide area starting at the west side of the cul-de-sac on Kenrick Parke Drive South, two hundred seventy-six and eleven tenths (276.11) feet continuing around the circle and north to the entrance of Canon Court, from the eastern edge of Canon Court, along the north side of the street four hundred thirty-seven and two tenths (437.2) feet to Kenrick Parke Drive South and continuing eighty-one and one tenth (81.1) feet north along the east side of Kenrick Parke Drive South to the entrance of Kirky Court, from the eastern edge of Kirky Court along the north side of the street four hundred twenty-two and three tenths (422.3) feet to Kenrick Parke Drive South and north on Kenrick Parke Drive South one hundred twenty-nine and twenty-one tenths (129.21) feet to the entrance of the parking alley on the north-rear of Kirky Court; nine (9) feet along the south edge of the circle at the east end of the parking alley of Kirky Court; and two hundred twenty (220) feet along the north side starting at the east end of the circle and west to the parking lot entrance. One hundred fifteen and three tenths (115.3) feet along the north side of the parking alley on Kirky Court, west of the last west parking space and proceeding north on Huntley Drive to the east parking lot. South along the west side of Huntley Drive at the northwest side of the dividing island and curving west and north one hundred forty-seven and two tenths (147.2) feet to the south side of the parking lot on Vicar Court; and both sides (east and west) forty (40) feet between the north and south parking lots on Vicar Court; and seventy-two (72) feet on both sides of the street along the circle on Vicar Court at the north end of the north parking lot.
A twenty-foot wide area starting at the southwest point of the south parking lot on Vicar Court going west on Kenrick Parke Drive South one hundred forty-eight and one tenth (148.1) feet to the east entrance of the parking alley of Kenrick Parke Drive South, from the west side of the entrance of the parking alley one hundred fifty-six (156) feet east and then north along the curve of Kenrick Parke Drive South.
A twenty-foot wide area along the south side of Crathes Drive starting at the intersection of Kenrick Parke Drive South and continuing sixty-eight (68) feet west to the driveway entrance, and starting on the west side of the driveway entrance going west eight (8) feet to the eastern side of the parking alley entrance; then starting at the western side of the parking alley entrance going west one hundred eight (108) feet to the eastern side of the entrance of Crathes Court, both sides of the street along the circle for fifty-six (56) feet on Crathes Court; then one hundred twenty-five (125) feet along the south side of Crathes Drive from the western side of the entrance to Crathes Court westward to the parking alley on the west end of Crathes Drive, from the north side of the parking alley on Crathes Drive south two hundred twenty-nine and one tenth (229.1) feet along the west side of the alley to the south end of the parking alley on Crathes Drive.
