A. 
Fire District established. Fire protection for the City of Brodhead shall be provided by the Brodhead Fire Protection District of which the City of Brodhead is a voting member.
B. 
Appropriations. The Common Council shall appropriate funds to provide for operation and for such apparatus and equipment for the use of the Fire District, in conformance with the Brodhead Fire Protection District Agreement or any amendments thereto.
A. 
General supervision. The Fire Chief of the Brodhead Fire Protection District shall have such supervisory authority as delegated by the Brodhead Fire Protection District and its bylaws. The Fire Chief shall be responsible for the personnel and general efficiency of the District in conformity with the Brodhead Fire Protection District Agreement and its bylaws.
B. 
Enforcement of fire prevention ordinances. The Fire Chief shall enforce all fire prevention ordinances of the City and state laws and regulations pertaining to fire prevention.
