A.Â
Purpose And Scope. This Section shall apply to the storing
or transferring from one (1) tank to another tank of anhydrous ammonia.
B.Â
Definition. "Anhydrous ammonia" is defined
as a colorless ammonia gas having an extremely pungent odor and liquified
by compression; having the following formula, NH3.
C.Â
Regulation And Prohibition. No person, firm, company or
corporation shall store anhydrous ammonia or transfer anhydrous ammonia
from one (1) tank to another within the City limits.
Whoever shall, within the corporate limits of the City of Knob
Noster, Missouri, be found to be loitering on or about the abode or
residence of another, engaged in lewdly peeping or peering into the
window or windows thereof, viewing and observing, or attempting to
view and observe the private actions of the occupants thereof, or
who is found to be engaged in any action or performance generally
called that of a "Peeping Tom", shall be deemed guilty
of an ordinance violation.
