A.
The "Accounting Officer" of St. Charles County is hereby defined
as the Director of Finance. In each instance that the term "Accounting Officer" is used, it should be construed to
mean the Director of Finance.
B.
The
Director of Finance shall perform all duties imposed on the "Accounting Officer" by State Statute, Charter or ordinance.
