In accordance with Chapter 350 of this Title and when signs are posted, the following locations shall be restricted to the type of parking indicated herein:

East Allen, on the north side, from the east right-of-way line to a point one hundred eighty (180) feet east except for the area between a point thirty-five (35) feet east to a point eighty-five (85) feet east of the east right-of-way line of State Street.
Perpendicular parking only
No vehicle shall be parked in the area designated herein for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) hours.
East South Railroad, the north side, from a point thirty-five (35) feet to a point one hundred forty-three (143) feet from the east line of the State Street right-of-way
Angle parking only
North Monroe, between McPherson Street and Bridge Street.
Parallel parking only
North State Street, either side, between Bridge and McPherson Streets.

In accordance with Section 355.010 the following locations when sign posted shall allow restricted parking as set out herein:

Lucas Street, on either side, between Jackson Street and Grant Street.
No parking except on Sunday.
McPherson Street, between Lincoln and Madison.
No parking between 1:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M.
McPherson, between the alley on the east side of State Street and the alley on the west side of State Street.
No parking between 6:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M.
South State Street, on the east and west side, between Wimer and Sunset Boulevard.
Emergency parking shall be allowed for a reasonable period of time, based on the circumstances involved in the emergency parking, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle thereon except in the event of an emergency and then such emergency parking shall only be allowed for a period of time no longer than what is reasonable under the circumstances.
South State Street, on the east and west side, between McPherson Street and Wimer Street, in Knob Noster, Missouri, for business parking of motor vehicles only.
Two-hour parking only.
State Street, between Bridge and Wimer.
No parking between 1:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M.
State Street, from the north intersection line of alley running east and west in Blocks "X" and "Y" and State Street to the south intersection line of State and South Railroad, and on Bridge Street between State and Adams Streets, and on McPherson Street between Monroe and Adams Street.
Two-hour limit on parking between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., excluding Sundays.
Any motor vehicle left standing or parked in any parking zone described herein for a period of twenty-four (24) hours shall be towed away and stored at the direction of the Police Department and owner of said vehicle shall pay tow charge and storage plus fine assessed.

In accordance with Section 355.010 the following locations when signposted shall allow restricted parking as set out herein:
Police Car Parking Only. The following locations shall be restricted to Police car parking only.
One (1) parking space to the south of City Hall.
West Bridge Street, on the south side, from the northeast corner of the City Hall west one (1) car length.
North State Street, on the west side, from the northeast corner of the City Hall south one (1) car length.
Twenty (20) Minute Parking. In the following locations parking shall be restricted to not longer than twenty (20) minutes.
North State Street within the proximity of City Hall.
Handicapped Parking. In the following locations parking spaces shall be restricted to handicapped parking only.
One (1) in front of City Hall on North State Street.
One (1) at the rear of City Hall within the parking lot.
No person shall permit his/her motor vehicle to be parked in violation of the foregoing restrictions:
Penalty. Any person convicted of having violated any restrictions in this Table IV-C shall be fined as set out herein:
1. A twenty (20) minute parking restriction shall be fined five dollars ($5.00).
2. A handicapped parking restriction shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
3. A Police cars only restriction shall be fined five dollars ($5.00).

In accordance with Section 355.010 the following locations when sign posted shall allow restricted parking as set out herein:

No commercial vehicles allowed to park or stop at any time.
State Street, between McPherson Street and Bridge Street.
No vehicle having an overall length of over twenty (20) feet shall be allowed to park or stop at any time.
Any street within a residentially zoned district
No truck with a licensure for twenty-six thousand (26,000) pounds gross weight or more shall be parked, unless that truck is then being loaded or unloaded. The registered owner shall be presumed to have been the person who parked the truck.
No more than one (1) ticket may be issued for any such illegally parked truck during each calendar day.
From the western intersection of Hillcrest Drive Sunset Boulevard to a point five hundred three (503) feet north of the western intersection line along the east side of Hillcrest Drive.
No parking any motor vehicle, tractor, with trailer, farm implement, construction equipment, or any object.
From a point of five hundred three (503) feet north of the western intersection line to a point two hundred thirty-one (231) feet east along the southern side of Hillcrest Drive.

From the eastern intersection of Hillcrest Drive with Sunset Boulevard to a point three hundred sixty-three (363) feet north of the eastern intersection line along the west side of Hillcrest Drive.

The east and west edges of South Lincoln Street from a point of fifty (50) feet north of its intersection with Wimer Street to a point fifty (50) feet south of said intersection.
No parking any motor vehicle, tractor, trailer, farm implement, construction equipment, or any object from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday while the public schools are in session.
