No person shall operate or drive any motor vehicle in any of
the zones hereinafter specified at a greater speed than designated
for such zone. Any speed in excess of that posted shall be considered
prima facie evidence of driving at a rate of speed which is not reasonable,
careful, prudent and lawful and shall be considered dangerous to the
persons and property of others:
