B.
All motor
vehicles approaching said pedestrian crosswalk shall, if any pedestrian
is in the crosswalk, stop his/her motor vehicle and permit the pedestrian
in said crosswalk to cross the street before the motor vehicle proceeds
forward.
C.
All persons found guilty of violating this Schedule shall be punished as provided for in Section 100.070 of this Code.
D.
The Traffic
Board is hereby authorized and directed to take all steps necessary
to notify motorists of the locations of the pedestrian crosswalks,
including painting said crosswalks and posting signs.
