These regulations may be amended by the Town of LeRoy Planning
Board only after a public hearing held by said Planning Board on any
such amendments. Notice of such public hearing shall be advertised
in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of LeRoy once at
least 10 days prior to said hearing.
All amendments shall be subject to the approval of the Town
Board of the Town of LeRoy, and no amendment shall be effective unless
and until such approval has been expressed by a resolution of said
Board.
