[Amended 7-24-2014 by L.L. No. 1-2014]
If a member of the Town of LeRoy Planning Board or the Town
of LeRoy Zoning Board of Appeals fails to attend three consecutive
scheduled meetings without an excused absence, indicating noninterest,
the Town Board may remove said member, after a public hearing. The
removed member will be replaced by the Town Board to complete the
unexpired term of office of said member.
