There shall be established a Planning Board for the Town of
LeRoy consisting of seven members appointed pursuant to Article 16
of the Town Law with full power and duties as set forth in said Article
16 and resolution of this Town Board, adopted August 9, 1966. After
the appointment of the initial members, each member shall be appointed
for a term of five years. The Town Board shall appoint the Chairman
of the Planning Board. Any compensation for board members shall from
time to time be set by the Town Board.
