All words used in this division shall be construed and defined in accordance with Act No. 303 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1967 (MCL 281.1001 et seq., MSA 18.1287(1) et seq.), as amended, to carry out the tenor of that act.

No vessels shall exceed a slow — no wake speed upon the following described waters in the township, and any operator of any motorboat or vessel that exceeds such speed shall be punishable as provided by law, speed being defined as a speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat or vessel would be minimal. These waterways are:
Salt River, Auvase Creek, and certain channels and canals in the township which are either on or abut private claims 146, 147, 192, 193 and 342, and all navigable waterways in section 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 and 29, of township 3 north, range 14 east.

No operator of any motorcraft or vessel shall moor, dock or anchor such vessel or shall in any other manner obstruct or restrict the passage of other vessels, for a distance of 350 feet inland from Lake St. Clair in the South Channel between lots 233 and 234 of Anchor Bay Shores Subdivision, as recorded in liber 11, page 49, of plats of the county records, being part of private claims 146 and 147, township 3 north, range 14 east. Any violation of this section shall be punishable as described in section 72-304.

Any person violating any portion of this division shall be punishable as provided in section 1-11.
