The Electrical Code adopted by the County of St. Louis as Ordinance
No. 27,430 (approved June 18, 2019, adopted October 1, 2019) and codified
as Chapter 1102 of the County Ordinances, as amended, is hereby adopted
as the Electrical Code of the City of Hazelwood. The Code referenced
is hereby declared in full force and effect and to the same extent
as if it were set out originally herein.

B.
Agreement With St. Louis County For Enforcement Of Electrical
Code. The City Manager, on behalf of the City, is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with the County for the enforcement
of the Electrical Code of the City of Hazelwood by St. Louis County.
The County shall collect and retain all fees.

No. 27,424 (approved June 5, 2019, adopted October 1, 2019) and codified
as Chapter 1103 of the County Ordinances, as amended, is hereby adopted
as the Plumbing Code of the City of Hazelwood. The Code referenced
is hereby declared in full force and effect and to the same extent
as if it were set out originally herein.

B.
Agreement With County For Enforcement Of Plumbing Code. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of Hazelwood, is hereby

2010, as Ordinance 24,444 as it pertains to elevators only is hereby
adopted as the Elevator Code of the City of Hazelwood. The Code referenced
is hereby declared in full force and effect and to the same extent
as if it were set out originally herein as if set forth herein.
B.
Agreement With County For Enforcement Of Elevator Code. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of Hazelwood, is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with the County for the enforcement
of the Elevator Code of the City of Hazelwood by St. Louis County.
The County shall collect and retain all fees.
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of the Codes in this Article shall be punished as set forth in Section 100.130 of this Code.
