In accordance with the provision of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, Article V, Section 501,[1] as amended, manufactured home parks and sites for the
placement of manufactured housing are governed as subdivisions or
land developments and are subject to the procedures and standards
of this chapter.
