A.
Hours Of Operation. Except as set forth in Subsection (B) of this Section and Section 240.150(C) of this Chapter, the hours of operation for all County Parks shall be from one-half (½) hour before sunrise to one-half (½) hour after sunset. Any park may be closed at any time at the discretion of the Director. Any individual in a County Park outside of the hours of operation or when a County Park is closed shall be in violation of this Chapter.
B.
Adjusted Hours Of Operation. Selected County Parks and facilities
have adjusted hours of operation to accommodate special usages. Adjusted
hours of operation exist at the following facilities for the specific
activities and uses set forth in this provision:
1.
Morse Mill Park. After hours usage is allowed for river access and fishing activities. Camping shall be allowed as set forth in Section 240.080(F) of this Chapter.
2.
Brown's Ford Park, Cedar Hill Park, Jefferson County Winter
Park and Rockford Beach. After hours usage is allowed for
river access and fishing activities.
3.
Northwest Sports Complex. Hours of operation shall
be from 8:30 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
4.
High Ridge Civic Center. Hours of operation shall
be from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. These hours may be extended by rental
agreement; however, in no event shall the hours extend beyond 12:00
