Town of Webb, NY Article XIV Conflicts; Severability; Effective Date; Applicability

§ 382-112 Repealer.

The provisions of any Town of Webb law in conflict with any provision of this chapter are hereby repealed.

§ 382-113 Severability.

Each provision of this chapter is severable from the others, so that if any provision is held to be illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegal or invalid provision shall be severed from this chapter which shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.

§ 382-114 When effective.

This chapter shall take effect 30 days after its filing in the office of the Secretary of State.

§ 382-115 Applicability.

Articles I, II, IV, VIII, XI, XII, XIII and XIV shall apply in all incorporated areas of the Town of Webb. Articles III, V, VI, VII, IX and X shall apply only in incorporated areas of the Town of Webb which are also within the service area of the POTW.
