At any time any such resident(s), developer(s) or others conducting
business with the Township shall fail to make full payment on an account
that is due and payable to Fairview Township, he, she or it will receive
no further building permits, sewer permits, zoning reviews, plan reviews,
building inspections or any other services of the Township.
The Township shall resume and provide services at such time
as the resident(s), developer(s) or others conducting business with
the Township bring their account(s) current by making payment in full
of all monies due and payable to Fairview Township.
