The seal provided for the City, the design of which shall be
the words "Cass County, Missouri" surrounded by a scroll inscribed
with the words "Corporate Seal, City of Harrisonville" in Roman capitals,
shall be circular and one and three-quarters (1¾) inches in
diameter and the City Clerk shall be the custodian of the City Seal.
