The Health Authority of the City of Harrisonville who shall
be, or which shall be made up of, the City Administrator, including
those designated thereby, and officers and employees of the Cass County,
Missouri Health Department, who are in charge of or are responsible
for the inspection of food and food establishments of said County,
and who, by agreement, are inspecting food and food establishments
within the City of Harrisonville, Missouri.

The City of Harrisonville, Missouri, hereby adopts the provisions of Chapter 225 of the ordinances of Cass County, Missouri ("County Code 225"), including any revisions, modifications and substitutions or successor rules or regulations that may be adopted in the future which relate to the inspection of food and food establishments located in said County. County Code 225 is hereby incorporated into the Code of Ordinances of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri, as if fully set forth herein. As said County amends County Code 225, this Chapter shall change concurrently.

Nothing contained in this Chapter 260 shall be construed to either remove or reduce any authority of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri, or its departments, including, but not limited to, the Police Department, Fire Department or Code Enforcement Department, to address any immediate issue relating to food or a food establishment which would affect the health, safety or public welfare of the citizens of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri.
