It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, maintain or operate any mobile home park within the limits of the City unless he/she holds a valid mobile home park license issued annually by the City Administrator in the name of such person for the specific mobile home park.

A. 
Application for original licenses required by this Article shall be in writing, filed with the City Clerk, signed by the applicant and accompanied by an affidavit of the applicant as to the truth of the application and shall contain the following:
1. 
The name and address of the applicant;
2. 
The interest of the applicant in and the location and legal description of the mobile home park;
3. 
A complete plan of the mobile home park showing compliance with all applicable provisions of this Chapter and regulations promulgated hereunder; and
4. 
Such further information as may be requested by the City Administrator to enable him/her to determine that the proposed mobile home park will comply with legal requirements.

A. 
Applications for renewals of a license issued under this Article shall be made in writing filed with the City Clerk by the holder of the permit and shall contain the following:
1. 
Any change in the information submitted since the time the original license was issued or the latest renewal granted; and
2. 
Such other information as the City Administrator may require.

A. 
A complete plan for the purpose of obtaining a license required by this Article shall show:
1. 
Accurate dimensions of the proposed mobile home park;
2. 
All roads and approaches and the method of entrance and exit from public highways;
3. 
The complete electric service installation, wire service outlets and lighting facilities;
4. 
The complete location of natural gas facilities to serve the mobile home park;
5. 
A complete layout of unit parking spaces and the number of square feet and the dimensions of the parking spaces;
6. 
The location of electric power or gas distribution systems, water mains for water supply outlets for domestic water users, location of sanitary facilities (washrooms, garbage disposal units, incinerators, sanitary sewers, etc.), location of fire hydrants and location of other buildings or structures to be used by the applicant in connection with the operation of the mobile home park.
