Upon the effective date of this article, the terms of office
of the Mayor and all Trustees of the Village of Wesley Hills shall
be four years.
After the effective date of this article, general Village elections
shall be held biennially in the even-numbered years.
This article shall take effect upon the expiration of 30 days
after its adoption by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wesley
Hills or, if it shall be submitted at a referendum for approval by
the electors, upon such approval.
