Big Bend Square, a fire lane is established and parking is restricted
along the south, east and west sides of the commercial building complex
known as 1330—1366 Big Bend Square as shown on Exhibit A to
Ord. No. 96-23 which is on file in the City office and incorporated
herein by reference.

Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church, more particularly described as
follows:

Down the center of the paved roadway extending from the north
entrance of the church at Big Bend Road, southerly and in a circle
completely enclosing the church grounds and returning again to its
point of termination at Big Bend Road.

Schnucks Supermarket, the entire front of Schnucks Supermarket

|
Shop & Save Supermarket, the entire front of Shop &
Save Supermarket.

Walgreens Drug Store, curb lane of the west boundary for the
Walgreens Drug Store property

If prosecuted under City ordinances, as opposed to ordinances
of the Valley Park Fire and West County Fire Protection Districts,
the fine and penalty for violation of this Chapter shall be such as
is established in the Schedule of Fines of the Violations Bureau of
the City.
