Section 502 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code
as amended, 53 P.S. § 10502, provides that any municipality
may, by separate ordinance, designate the County Planning Agency as
its official administrative agency for review and approval of plats.

The Snyder County Planning Commission is hereby designated as the official administrative agency for review and approval of plats submitted pursuant to the Borough's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. [Chapter 22].

All costs for enforcement including, but not limited to, court
costs, legal fees, consulting fees, witnesses, etc., shall be the
sole responsibility of the Borough of Middleburg.
