It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, organization
or organizations, firm or firms, corporation or corporations to engage
in or be connected with, commit or be guilty of disorderly conduct,
disorderly or riotous assemblage, fights, affrays, boisterousness,
drunkenness, breaches of the peace or public indecencies in and about
the highways, public places or elsewhere within the corporate limits
of the Borough of Middleburg to the disturbance of the public peace,
which acts shall include, but not be limited to, unreasonable noise,
creation of a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act
which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor and against the good
order and welfare of the inhabitants of the Borough of Middleburg.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in
default of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed
30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
