It shall be unlawful for any person to collect, or permit the
collection of, garbage, trash and refuse on commercially zoned property
abutting residentially zoned property within the City except between
the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.

It shall be unlawful for any person to mechanically sweep parking
lots, or permit the mechanical sweeping of parking lots, on commercially
zoned property abutting residentially zoned property within the City
except between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.
