The City Administrator as authorized by the Mayor and Board
of Aldermen is further authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf
of the City for inspections and enforcement of the Building Code,
Residential Code, Existing Building Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing
Code, Electrical Code, Property Maintenance Code and Explosives Code
of St. Louis County, Missouri, with St. Louis County, Missouri, providing
for the inspections and enforcement of such Code by St. Louis County,
Missouri, on behalf of the City of Manchester, Missouri.
