All users must register and obtain a badge from the Livingston Senior, Youth and Leisure Services Department (SYLS). The badge, in the form of a sticker, which will contain a personal ID number, must be worn on the protective helmet worn by the skate park user.
Residents of Livingston shall skate for free. Nonresidents will be required to purchase, for a one-time fee of $50, a badge which will allow them to skate at the Livingston Park. If either a Livingston resident or nonresident needs to replace his/her badge, then an administrative fee of $10 will be charged. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 36-1997, the Town Council by resolution can modify these fees if requested by the SYLS Department.
[Amended 12-20-2011 by Ord. No. 39-2011]
