The Board of Alderpersons of the City of Byrnes Mill, Missouri,
hereby establishes the Historical and Preservation Commission of the
City of Byrnes Mill referred to in this Chapter as "the Commission".

The purpose of the Commission is to restore and preserve for
historical purposes the building known as the Hagemeister House. This
activity will be referred to in this Chapter as "the project".
