The Board of Alderpersons of the City of Byrnes Mill, Missouri
hereby establishes the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City
of Byrnes Mill referred to in this Chapter as "the Commission".

The purpose of the Commission is to recommend and guide the
development, operation and maintenance of park and recreation areas.
