The Mayor, with the approval by the Board of Alderpersons, may appoint members to the Commission.
The number of members appointed to the Commission at any one time may vary depending of the need and the availability of volunteers.
An oath of office need not be administered to any members of the Commission.

All members of the Commission shall serve without pay or any other compensation whatsoever.

The term of the members of the Commission will be for a period of two (2) years. The Board of Alderpersons may shorten or extend the term as it determines necessary.

The Commission shall appoint a Chairperson and a Secretary and they shall serve for two (2) years.
