A.
The Commission
shall:
1.
Hold
meetings as determined by the Chairperson;
2.
Keep
minutes of its meetings and records of its transactions. These records
shall be public records;
3.
Conduct
its meetings in an orderly manner;
4.
Execute
only those actions approved by the Board of Alderpersons;
5.
Adopt
rules and establish procedures, when necessary, to aid any of its
functions; and
6.
Assist
in all manners to further the efficiency, productivity and communications
ability of the City of Byrnes Mill, Missouri, through the use of information
technologies.
