A. 
The twenty (20) foot passageway from the north side of East Newton Street to the entrance and door of the fire house is declared a fire lane.
B. 
No one or no object or material or any kind of a vehicle or any things shall block, impede the passage of the fire-fighting equipment in any manner or in anyway, either going to a fire or reported fire or returning from same.
C. 
The twenty (20) foot fire lane used as a passageway easement for the use of the fire-fighting equipment shall not be or used for parking, loading or unloading at any time or for any purpose other than a free passageway.
D. 
Any person, party, partnership or corporation who blocks, uses or any way impedes the use of passageway in any manner at any time of this twenty (20) foot fire lane belonging to the City of Versailles, Missouri, and for use of its fire-fighting equipment on conviction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to immediate arrest at the time of conviction and shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first (1st) offense and a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the second (2nd) such offense and, in addition, a stay in jail of ten (10) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.

A. 
The east thirty (30) feet of the City property at Newton and Krekel (formerly the MFA property) is hereby designated as a fire lane which shall remain open to traffic at all times and at all hours.
B. 
It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to obstruct said fire lane or to park in said fire lane.
C. 
Any person who violates the provisions hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
