A.
Any
person who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this Chapter
or with an order by the Mayor issued pursuant thereto and from which
no appeal has been taken or with which such an order as affirmed or
modified by the Board of Aldermen or by a court of competent jurisdiction
within the time fixed therein shall be fined not less than one hundred
dollars ($100.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). The
imposition of one (1) penalty for the violation of such order shall
not excuse the violation or permit it to continue.
B.
Owner
is responsible for obtaining permits.
C.
Penalties. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter
shall upon conviction be guilty of an offense. Each day such violation
continues shall constitute a separate offense.
