In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 320, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of the speeds listed below on the streets as designated.

Downtown Square District. The definition of the Downtown Square District shall mean the following roadways. Monroe Street beginning at the southeast comer of 1st Street and Monroe Street, thence south to the northeast corner of Jackson Street and Monroe Street; Fisher Street beginning at the southeast corner of 1st Street and Fisher Street thence south to the northeast corner of Jackson Street and Fisher Street; Newton Street from the southeast corner of Burke Street and Newton Street thence east to the southwest corner of Pine Street and Newton Street; Jasper Street beginning at the southeast comer of Burke Street and Jasper Street thence east to the southwest corner of Van Buren Street and Jasper Street.
