PREAMBLE
We, the people of the City of Coldwater, grateful to God for
the blessings of freedom, peace, health, safety, and justice, and
desirous of further securing these blessings to ourselves and our
posterity, and to provide for the public peace and health, and for
the safety of persons and property, do hereby ordain and establish
this charter for the City of Coldwater.
