In accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1 of the City Charter, the administrative officers of the City shall be as follows:[1]

City Manager.
(b)
City Attorney.
(c)
City Clerk.
(d)
City Finance Director/Treasurer.

Director of Police and Fire Services.
(f)
Fire Chief.
(g)
Police Chief.
(h)
DMS Superintendent.
(i)
Recreation Director.
(j)
City Assessor.

Upon the first appointment to the position of Director of Police
and Fire Services, the offices of Fire Chief and Police Chief shall
be deemed to be combined into the office of Director of Police and
Fire Services.
