The Mayor of the City of Lake Ozark, after consulting with his/her
Aldermen shall have the power to declare a condition of emergency
existing in the Corporate Limits of Lake Ozark, and shall be empowered
to announce a curfew on all individuals within the City of Lake Ozark,
Missouri.

When curfew is announced by the Mayor of the City of Lake Ozark,
Missouri, it shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, idle, wander,
or stroll upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks,
playgrounds, wharves, docks, or other public grounds, public places
and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant
lots or other unsupervised places during time of announced curfew.

Any violation of this Chapter shall be punishable as set forth in Section 100.220 of this Code.
