Section 400.010 Established — Office of Director Created.

There is hereby established the Department of Planning of the City which shall be headed by the Director of Planning.

The Director of Planning shall have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in planning or a related field. He/she shall have had at least three (3) years experience in a responsible planning position as a supervisor or administrator.
